1984	Pier One Renovation completed: face re-designed to accommodate cruise ships
1998	The USS MISSOURI visits Astoria
2002	The Port’s 水塔 is pulled down

2004	Englund Marine granted a lease to build an outlet near Pier 3
2005	Contract for Lektro expansion awarded
2006	The Port adds Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, Princess, and Holland America Cruise Lines

2010	Logs exported from the Port for the first time in 15 years
2010	The Port signs a Sister Port Agreement with the Busan Port Authority in Korea
